Accounts & Authentication
Each customer signs in to their own secure account. You can only view and manage your own orders and profile details — access to other customers' data is blocked by server-side access rules.
Data Access Controls
Order, profile and account data is protected by row-level security on the backend. These rules are enforced on the server, so they cannot be bypassed from the browser.
Data We Collect
We collect the information needed to fulfil your orders — your name, contact number, delivery address, business/IC number and order details. We use it to process and deliver your purchases.
Platform & Hosting
The store runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides managed authentication, an encrypted database and secure hosting. Administrative credentials and integration secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
Shared Responsibility
Lovable provides the secure platform capabilities described above. Well Century Sdn Bhd is responsible for how customer data is handled, retained and used. Please keep your own account password confidential.
